Nov 18 QUANTUM HEALING– Sound Bath with Petra

Come enjoy the quantum shift as you experience the ancient healing sounds of a planetary tuned gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Buddhist Tingsha bells, drums and more. Petra takes you on a healing acoustic journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body’s natural healing systems. Allow the cosmic vibrations to wash away stress and all that no longer serves you, vibrating and activating every cell in your body. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What you need: No experience necessary.  Bring your mat and your water bottle. Optional blanket or pillow to get really comfortable.
