Each class is dedicated to transformation of the SELF so that you can live your most vibrant and healthy life. Our classes are dedicated to who shows up so each class will be unique and perfectly dedicated to your needs.
Kripalu Yoga Flow
Kripalu Yoga is known all over the world for its dedication to a balanced yoga practice–based on thousands of years of observation and study fostering a deep connection to life and an awakening to your authentic self. The goal of this practice is to connect to your truth and joy by cultivating a practice on and off the mat that is based on love + kindness and non-judgemental awareness. The hope is to leave the studio refreshed and renewed–mentally, physically and emotionally.
Cycle + STRETCH/SCULPT/YOGA or REWIND it back to the 80s
Cycle + blends the intensity of cycling with the benefits of other modalities. It’s the perfect way to reach optimal health and wellness for a fitness junky–while being sustainable for the body. You gain muscular strength, aerobic capability, endurance and strength while you enjoy a fun playlist created by a specialized yoga-cycling instructor! You shed fat, boost vitality and leave with a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals (endorphins) to take home with you! Cycling ranges from 30-45 minutes with the remainder of class being devoted to mindful stretching techniques, sculpting using light weights, or yoga. The best way to keep your body strong is to mix it up!
Yoga + SCULPT
Power Sculpt Yoga is a fusion class that incorporates elements of Vinyasa Flow with light hand weights and bands to maximize the sculpting potential of your practice. The hand weights increase intensity for a cardio-vascular, calorie-torching workout. One power sculpt yoga class per week is recommended as part of your regular exercise regimen.
Yoga + ALIGN
Flow with grace in an alignment based sequence. Connect with the rhythm of the breath to explore standing poses, hip and heart openers, twists and forward bends. Ground to expand and find enjoy. This class is inspired by the anatomical precision of Iyengar and Anusara Yoga.
Yoga + FLOW
Build internal heat with this alignment-based movement flow. This well-rounded class links postures together, with purpose and breath, in order to open the body and deepen your practice. Allow yourself to be transformed by deep stretching and moving meditation on your mat.
Therapeutic Yoga (Adaptive for All Levels and Abilities)
This class is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice which is easily customizable for each student. This A certified yoga therapist will use breathing techniques, rollers, chairs, blocks, straps, blankets to support your yoga journey into balance. This style of yoga is highly individualized with on-going awareness to make moment-to-moment adjustments for optimal results. This class is appropriate for beginners, for those looking for a gentle yoga practice, or for students who are looking to refine their practice.
Yoga + BREATH
Hatha Yoga is the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) aimed at bringing peace to the mind and body and preparing it for the deeper spiritual practice of meditation. It is an integrative experience which is slower than a ‘flow’ (vinyasa) class and which will hold postures a bit longer as well. This class brings awareness to the mind, body and soul and will leave you refreshed and renewed.
Yoga + RESTORE
Restore & revitalize in this class for deep relaxation of the body and mind through mindful slow movements and prolonged poses gently supported by props on the floor. The yoga studio is warmed slighted to encourage relaxation of your muscles to enable gentle twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Part of the class is devoted to yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation for deep relaxation. This class is ideal for anyone with limited flexibility, joint/muscle pain or weakness. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and pampered.
Love Your Brain Friendly Class. This is a gentle class accommodating to the needs of traumatic brain injury survivors and their caregivers.
Yoga + YIN
Yin yoga is a passive practice which involves a variety of poses which are held between 3-5 minutes aimed at accessing the deep layers of fascia in the body. The practice focuses on connective tissue including fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones and it is practiced slowly giving you plenty of time to tune inward to the mind and the sensations in the body. Yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen tight body parts while teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Based on Taoist principles, you will open blocked pathways of Qi (energy) that run through your body and feel restored and revitalized.
PURE Cycle45
A high energy–low impact cardio workout set to music. Climb hills, sprints and flat riding on an indoor bike led by an inspiring instructor. Gain strength and endurance while getting maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Your pace, your goals, your ride! This is a 45 ride of PURE cycle power.
Sculpt/Tone + LAGREE MICROFORMER
The Lagree Method is a 45 minute, low- impact, high- intensity strength endurance workout. The method is taught on Lagree Microformer machines. A smaller version of the Lagree Megaformer.
This class will be a total body work out with an emphasis on the core.
All levels welcome. Modifications and advancements will be offered. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancies with significant time prior to class to help us better plan for your needs.
Please bring a towel, grip socks, and filled water bottle to class. Socks are offered at the studio for purchase.
