Pre-natal Yoga uses gentle asanas (yoga postures) in combination with breath in a specifically designed class to enjoy yoga during your pregnancy journey. The breath will connect you to a deeper awareness of the body, mind and spirit and that of your baby. This gentle practice will strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation and aid in digestion making your pregnancy more comfortable.
