Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga aims to introduce awareness and fortitude in our daily lives. In your Kundalini yoga practice you will harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body and align them with the domain of the will– which is the instrument of the soul. This practice combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, and body postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It will bring balance and equilibrium to your body, mind and soul.
