Kai

Exercise that addresses many facets of wellbeing, and most of all it’s fun! Have a blast and get your cardio, dance, strength and yoga all in one focused hour. Kai classes blend simple choreographed steps with guided authentic movement designed to access a wide range of mind-body fitness. Kai provides a cardio workout and integrates other benefits from things such as meditation, yoga, and the freedom of play. No dance experience is necessary. It is adaptable for all fitness levels, and is designed to integrate body and mind.
