Jennifer is a certified yoga instructor, with her yoga roots grounded in vinyasa and yin practices. She has also learned from teachers of Raja yoga and Ayurveda.
Classes with Jennifer connect the mind, breath, and body to:
– cultivate a lifestyle of self-empowerment (recognizing that you are more capable than you currently believe yourself to be)
– increase body awareness (being aware of the body allows an individual to let go of it and grow beyond it)
– improve overall health (asana is a physical exercise to detoxify and restore the body, mind and Self)
