INTRODUCTION TO YOGA

Introduction to Yoga is designed as an all levels yoga practice appropriate for the first-time yogi/yogini. It is perfect for those who have no or little previous experience with yoga. This slower paced class will familiarize you with the basic yoga poses (asanas), proper alignment and allow plenty of time for modifications with the guidance of the yoga instructor. Come learn and have fun in a supportive and compassionate environment.
