A Children’s Yoga instructor leads a yoga class for children between the ages of 5 and 12 in our outdoor patio. Program fosters love, community and generosity in its approach to teaching. Mindfulness training will center around deep diaphragmatic breathing through the nose, which helps kids calm themselves by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to counteract feelings of anxiety. Through yoga, kids develop awareness, love and connection to themselves and to their community.
