Betsy Anderson, M.A., RYT 500 draws on 20 years of experience in yoga, mental health, recovery, and Holistic Counseling to provide a well-rounded, mindful, and artful flow to help facilitate healing and transformation. She has trained in the Baptiste method of Vinyasa, and taken a variety of styles including Ashtanga and Bikram yoga. Betsy also specializes in Yoga Nidra, and enjoys creating space and expansiveness for our innate joy and wisdom to flow freely.
