There is plenty of news about the benefits of yoga but new research now confirms that yoga changes the brain in amazing ways. Scientific America reports that research at the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Maryland revealed that new gray matter or brain cells in people who regularly practiced yoga. This is great news if you want to work on your yoga triceps and get smarter at the same time!
