Lavandula angustifolia ~ Lavender is one of our favorite essential oils at Pineapple Yoga Studio. We diffuse it daily in our studio to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere for your yoga practice. Lavender is known for its stress reducing qualities. It is great to use at home in a diffuser or in your bath to reduce stress. You can dilute a few drops it into fractionated coconut oil and massage it into your neck and back. If you use it in a diffuser, add 3-4 drops into 4 ounces of water. If you plan use it on your body, you can dilute a few drops into fractionated coconut oil which reduces skin sensitivity.
